SHIPPING

muk mats are delivered by Australia Post or a courier service, within Australia and New Zealand (worldwide shipping coming soon). We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, if not same day.

AUSTRALIA

  • FREE Standard on orders over $150
  • Otherwise, flat-fee $15
  • Express delivery is available for $20 but only available to QLD & NSW

NEW ZEALAND

  • FREE Standard on orders over $150AUD
  • Otherwise, flat-fee $25AUD

PICK-UP

Alternatively, at the checkout, you can select to pick up your order directly with no shipping fee from our warehouse at 14 Hawker Street, Currumbin Waters Queensland. 

If you select the pick up option, we will be in touch with you following your purchase, via email, to confirm when your order is ready for collection.

DELIVERY, PROCESSING & HANDLING

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 10 days depending on stock. In the unlikely event your order is going to take longer than 10 days, you will be notified.

You will be emailed your shipping tracking number once the shipping label is processed.

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved directly with Australia Post or courier company and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of mukmat.com.

We ship to the address you provide when you order. Any re-rerouting of your delivery is at the sole discretion of Australia Post or courier.

RECEIPT OF GOODS & POTENTIAL FEES

If there is no one available to receive the goods and the driver has to return to your address to re-effect delivery, an additional cost may apply.

In such circumstances where you have granted authority to leave goods unattended, the responsibility of risk and ownership transfers to you upon this instruction and delivery.

You agree that Australia Post (or the assigned courier service) and muk mat are released from liability for any lost, stolen or damaged goods that are delivered and left unattended in accordance with your authority.

Once goods are delivered, we ask that you inspect and advise us immediately of any issues you may have.

We are not involved in nor do we have any liability once the goods have left our warehouse beyond our terms and conditions.

We will assist you with any claim you may have with any shipping provider where possible.
